1. Holi:

2. Diwali:
Deepavali is called the Festival of Lights. This festival commemorates the killing of the demon Ravana by King Ram of Ayodhya. When he returned from his victory, the man was greeted with cookies and lights. In Andhra Pradesh, it is a major festival celebrated with lights, cookies and fireworks. It is celebrated on Amavasya or New Moon Day in Haryana. Diwali is called “Choti Diwali” or “Little Diwali” in Haryana.

3. Lori:
Haryana celebrates Lohri every year. It is held on the day of the Hindu festival of Makar Sankranti. Lohri is an auspicious festival that celebrates joy, peace, fertility and harmony in life. A bonfire is lit, and locals surround it, throwing puffed rice, candy and popcorn into the flames as offerings. Traditionally, religious ceremonies are observed throughout Haryana.
4. Basant Panchami:
Basant Panchami is a festival celebrated every year in Haryana. It welcomes spring with enthusiasm and celebrates the passing of winter. They celebrate the culture and heritage of the people of this state. Kite flying is part of the annual celebration.

5. Gangor:
Haryana state celebrates Gangor festival every year. It is celebrated in March and April, or Chet Sudi-March in the Punjabi calendar. The idols of Gangore and Ishar are decorated. They were taken away as part of the parade. The women praised the Lord with devotional melodies. This is a festival to celebrate the arrival of spring. During this festival, unmarried women in the family worship the goddess Goryeo.
6. Baisaki:
This festival marks the Hindu New Year. This is the start of the harvest season and is celebrated at the height of summer. This is a very important festival in the agricultural state of Haryana. It is celebrated on April 13th. Sikhs pray at gurudwaras on this day. The feast is ready and consumed after the religious rites of the festival are completed. Community lunch or langar closing ceremony. Bazaars, songs and dances are an integral part of this celebration.
7. Tee:
Teej is celebrated every year in Haryana. The celebration is held at Sawan Sudi. It’s ushering in the monsoon season and looking forward to the first showers of the southwest monsoon. Girls apply henna to their hands and receive new clothes from family members. The boys were dismissed. The banquet is ready.
